Casa Tres Palmeiras is a real haven of peace with its cliff-top location in an unspoilt spot by the beach. Dolly Schlingensiepen and her staff provided excellent service - discrete, friendly and welcoming to this beautifully designed villa with 5 bedrooms for guests. The bedroom was really comfortable, with a large airy bathroom, and a walk-in dressing room. There is... more

My husband and I loved every minute there. The ocean views from our room, the qualified staff, the places Dolly reccommended to eat on the beach and her wealth of information about the area and places to go; was everything a person could ask for. We have since sent friends and we would love to go back again. more

We have just returned from a three week tour of Spain and Portugal and this was definately our highlight. During our trip we stayed in several different four and five star hotels but this was the most perfect. Dolly, the owner, is lovely. We felt that we were staying with a special relative. She was extremely discrete yet appears like... more

We stayed at the Casa Tres Palmeiras for three nights at the end of April. We were looking forward to spending days on the beach and by the beautiful pool, but the weather did not cooperate with our plans. We had nice weather but not really warm enough for the beach. With the help of our hotelier we still thoroughly... more

My boyfriend and I stayed for three nights in March of this year after a long weekend in Lisbon. The location is very pretty overlooking rocky outcrops towards a small point in the west. This point is lovely for walking with wild flowers, lots of birds & steep cliffs to watch the seagulls, sea and sunset from. It is 5... more

Dolly has literally thought of everything you could possibly want or need at Casa Tres Palmeiras. The location and the house itself are a perfect start of course and the whole place is simply stunning. The views are amongst the best I have ever seen; the pool is just superb and the rooms and facilities are first class. The staff... more

We recently stayed at Casa Tres Palmeiras for two nights before moving on to Lisbon. After the first day we were sorry that we didn't spend the whole holiday there. For a guesthouse it feels more like a luxury hotel and with only 4 rooms it feels very exclusive. We didn't find the beach very crowded, but then it was... more

My husband and I are frequent European travelers, and never stay in a regular hotel if we can help it. We like flexibliity, calm and comfort. When we stay in a bed and breakfast or inn, we want that gold standard of hospitality -- respect for our privacy coupled with warmth and genuine care. We get all of that at... more

My family and I have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Casa Tres Palmeiras. Our fourth visit and it just gets better and better! Owned and run by Dolly Schlingensiepen the hotel is her own home and as soon as you are greeted at the door it seems to be your home too! It really is an oasis of... more

An amazing spot where we felt right at home. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Dolly, the amazing view and a sweet dog; I knew I had found the right place to relax. The gorgeous beach is a quick stroll from the house as is a fantastic restaurant. The house is amazing and Dolly has thought of... more
