We really enjoyed our 4-day stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful and spoke English. They arranged a driver for us in Pico for a day trip. The hotel was spotless and very centrally located, with many restaurant choices in the area. We visited 4 islands while in Azores, and Faial was, by far, our favorite. more
