The present and correct name of the place is POUSADA DE SANTA CRUZ (which can be found on your site). Until 2002 it was called ESTALAGEM DE SANTA CRUZ (so all the references you have to this actualy refer to the Pousada). It is also sometimes called POUSADA DA HORTA. "Forte" means castle and that is what the place is, but the accomodation has the different name mentioned above. more
