This small hotel has only five rooms, four of them with a view to the see. The panaroma is very pleasing: you look at the atlantic and to the opposit island Sao Jorge. We’ve stayed there for over ten days and found the following the pros and cons:

Pros:
* Every room has its own shower and toilet (toilet paper has to be put into a bin)
* Everything is clean and well maintained
* The view over the sea is beautiful
* The dinner (served every second day for 27 Euro, drinks not included) is probably the best thing you can get on the island – if you are not a vegetarian
* best müesli (cereal breakfast) on the planet
* There is no disco, airport, motorway or other noisy thing around

Cons:
* You don’t have much privacy here (there is only one table for breakfast and dinner; four of the rooms with the seaview share a veranda: if your room is near the stairs, people need to pass your room and may look inside; you hear your neighbours trough doors... more
