I believe the hostel is part of HI (Hosteling International).
This place was very easy to find! Right next to the Antonio Borges Garden where there is a very tall tree making it easy to locate the hostel from far away in town. the parking was free.

Our party (2 f in early 30's) stayed at this hostel in June. The location was very convenient. After over 1 week of camping around the island, we were planning to rest at the hostel for a day but we liked it so much that ended up staying there for the remaining of our stay.

Our (4 pers. dorm) room was very nice and clean. The restrooms and shower area were large enough to accommodate large groups, and very clean as well.

It was a pleasure every morning to get to the sunshiny cafeteria area and grab some great breakfast (fresh bread, juice, cereals, etc).
