When we booked the hotel we requested a non smoking room because I was in 6th month pregnant. When we arrived there they only had smoking rooms available. A great hotel, great rooms, these are def 4+ star style, but no pool or room service or min bar. Location great, right opposite casino, but would recommend staying Cascais if you can. Estoril is mainly residential and about the casino, we spent all our time in Cascais, a very pleasant 30 minute walk along the beach path away. more
We've found this hotel after having a bad experience on a rural tourism house. We went to Estoril and every hotels were full! In a act of pure luck, we found Hotel Alvorada with one room. Booked this hotel through unpackaged holidays and I'm glad I did. Hotel was clean, fresh, modern as recently refurbished. The staff were friendly and were very accomodating, especially as we arrived quite early in the morning. We sent here after our chosen hotel had double booked us. Very friendly, recently refurbished, immaculately clean. Directly opposite the casino and short walk to the beach.
