Stayed at the Poets for 5 nights and was very pleased with this place. The rooms, bathrooms, common area, etc, are very clean and well kept. Be prepared on entering a Lisbon Poets private room -- though stylishly furnished in warm and welcoming hues, it's tiny. A queen bed and not much room to walk around it. I've stayed in small hotel/hostel rooms in Europe, but this one takes the cake. You don't have to worry about cleanliness here. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are spotless.... more

We have stayed one night in this hostel, and everything was perfect, from staff ( very relaxing) to room conditions! we didn't try any food in the hostel, and i also don't know if there any option! it's a great place to stay, to relax, to have a small conversation, getting to know the surruonding area! we had dinner on... more

This is definitely the best hostel in Europe, The location is just perfect. Close to the Bairro Alto area and in the heart of Chiado. The room and WC are very clean, and the personnal is lovely. more
