I have been staying at this hotel since 1988 or so. It is a very good hotel with great location, a very friendly staff, with all the amenities expected of a fine hotel, and great restaurants and bars with superb views of Lisbon. More

The hotel offers great rooms, breakfast, gym, swimming pool... Great location! BUT, very cold atmosphere and mostly of the staff very arrogante! Maybe for business (which was always my case when staying there) we don´t really care, but not a vacation Hotel, thats for sure! More

I believe Altis Hotel use to be a 5 star hotel but not anymore. For example: the staff at the front desk is not enough, so they are always busy so when they came to help you, because they have other people to help at the same time, they get confused. Very good welcome. The bedroom was beautifull and very clean (we booked a deluxe bedroom). The hotel was quiet and the breakfirst was very good too. We didn't try the swimming pool or the gym room. For the next time :) More
