Had never been to Lisbon before and found it hard to decide on a final hotel, but pleased to have gone with the Olissippo. Very clean and friendly staff (although I did have a few issues via email before our arrival with one of the staff who had a bit of an attitude problem). We just spent 5 days in Liston at the Olissippo Castelo and could not have been happier. I definitely recommend Hotel Olissippo Castelo. The location is great - we loved staying right in the heart of the Alfama district.
