This hotel was in a convenient location for exploring Lisbon and using public transportation. The room was very comfortable. and decorated in a modern way. It was the most comfortable bed of our whole trip. The staff spoke English. However, the hotel lacked personality. I prefer smaller, more intimate hotels. We stayed for 3 nights at the end of March. Reception was very friendly, professional and helpful (they gave us a cot AND and extra bed for our 4 year old) and we could park our rental for free out the front. We stayed at this hotel on a budget and were shocked by how great it was. We were able to check in at 9 am - super early - the front desk staff was very nice. The hotel lobby was very modern as was our room. The room was small, per European standard, but was big enough to be comfortbale.... more

The hotel was renovated a few months before our stay and got a total makeover. It is not a very hip looking joint, maybe the lobby is a little to slick for its own good almost office lobby like.
