hotel promised wi-fi - it only had a telephone company provided wireless. They did not even have the vouchers for the telephone company for sale. The telephone company website was not working. So there was NO WAY to get the promised wireless. The hotel promised to be part of the eco-program that if you leave your towel on the rack... more

A very nice hotel overall, deserving their 2 stars french standard, equivalent to 3 stars portuguese standard. At 60 euros per night, and a gorgeous buffet breakfast at 5,50 euros, this is for sure one of the best deals in town. Clean and small room, and a few lacks in service, but still a highly recommendable hotel. more

The hotel follows the Ibis standard : simple and clean rooms, minimal comfortable, and fair prices. For entertainment, a 24 hour bar and a restaurant inside. Breakfast is about EUR 6 per person, price is fair. For those who does not have much money to spend in acommodation, but needs a minimal of comfort, this a a good choice It... more

Shower was faulty - showered the room not the person ! Hairdryer was faulty, remote handset to TV faulty. Had to pay to park in an empty hotel car park - why ? Quite walk to metro - would have been easier if told t go out through the garage ! Staff disinterested - not one of Ibis best ! more

The hotel is situated in the business district of Lisbon. It's a 5 minute walk to the closest metro stop and from there go to the centre of Lisbon. The hotel itself is very modern and the staff speak English. I will definitely stay here again. From the airport you should take the Aeroporto Shuttle for only Euro3. DO NOT... more

This was the checkin conversation, after waiting three minutes to be helped, as the reception staff (all three) were very busy chatting to eachother* She: "Yes?" I: "Hi, I made a reservation on the na...." She: "Passport!" I gave my passport. She checks data in her system. She: "This is room card, you in 612, elevator there". She slams the... more

When we visited Lisbon last year we stayed at the Novotel José Malhoa which is at the opposite side of the same avenue. It was also very nice, but a lot more expensive than the Ibis. Obviously the Novotel offer higher standards but in this case, I believe it isn't worth to pay more. This Ibis is very new, the... more

For the price of 59 euros, it was a good deal. We drove into the city so we found it was the best place to park our car for a few days while we were able to take transit and cabs to sightsee etc. Like a previous reviewer, there's a slight lingering cigarette smell in the room that becomes stronger... more

Arrived in the evening. At the front desk, there was a couple trying to resolve a problem for which 3 staff members were needed just to work the computer. After waiting for 10 minutes, a 4th employee signed me in. I requested a wake up call for 8 am. The following day I woke up, by myself at 930 am.... more
