This is quite a good hotel, good enough for a good sleep. I had a small room, there was minimal space beween bed and wall. Small TV with just a few channels, just English news channels, sport, RTL and Portuguese. Breakfast was 7 Euro ,not included and nothing special. I was the only one. The hotel is OK if you... more

Stayed five nights. Very impressed for a three star hotel. The room (a twin) was spacious as was the bathroom. All was clean and in reasonable condition. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Housekeeping were the same. When we asked for an extra pillow, it arrived in minutes. Only had breakfast inhouse once and it was more than... more

Without doubt the worst hotel experience we have ever had. If you are travelling with a baby then don't go near this hotel and, if you're not, I'd still recommend that you think twice if hygiene or customer service matter to you! We were travelling with our 10 month old baby and had booked a room with cot for four... more

Please keep in mind that I am a budget traveler and my only requirements are that the room be safe, clean, comfortable, not far from the city center or a public transportation hub, and at a reasonable price. Therefore, my review is based on those requirements. I made this booking months ago with the hotel website for VIP Inn Saldanha.... more

A very functional hotel in a commercial area of Lisbon, well-served by public transport (underground and buses). The room was large, spotlessly clean, as was the bathroom and a bar to have a last drink (port, of course!) before bedtime! We only had breakfast once - on Christmas Day - because we knew everything would be shut. I don't recommend... more

The staff at this hotel were friendly and professional, the room was clean and fine but there was one big problem - all the doors slam and the walls are paper-thin. You can sleep between 2am and 7am but anytime after this other guests are moving around and the constant slamming of the doors will wake you and keep you... more

Reasonably placed hotel to see Lisbon. Taxi's are very cheap, so nowhere takes you more than 15 min to reach. The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful and the bar staff served toasted sandwiches, which are recommended. Breakfast was more than ample. Do not be tempted to have a meal in the Bullring nearby, especially the Spanish... more
