We stayed in the shared room for only 2 days, the staff was great, funny and gave us all the tips from Lisbon! The breakfast was really good, nothing was missing. There is a beautiful area outside to relax. The bathrooms was also good cleaned, nothing too beautiful. The location was ok too. I would definitely come back!

Friendly staff! Artistic decor! The rooms were spacious! I stayed in a 16 person mixed dorm and there was plenty of room..  The free breakfast was good! Nothing is within walking distance, you have to take metro everywhere.. There is no "luggage room" you leave your bag in the common area near the front desk, which was fine for me... More

We were disappointed for receptionist attitude. Hostel was overbooked and he simply offered other hotel without apologize and unable to offer other solutions. After 1h discussion he found lowest category rooms at his own hostel (we booked deluxe rooms), but rejected any discount for downgrading.

Good location in Lisbon, simple yet adequate rooms. The selling point is the staff that are more than happy to answer any question, suggest things to do or just chat. Simple breakfast in the morning is fine for a hostel.
