Overall, I'd say my stay at this hotel was great. The location is absolutely superb: seconds on foot from Praca dos Restauradores, only a couple minutes from the Rossio and within easy walking distance of the Baixa, Chiado, Bairro Alto and Alfama. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. Breakfast is free in the attached restaurant, which was a major...

Florescente is situated in a street with many restaurants, and I can especially recommend Bom Jardim (around the corner, portuguese) and O Sitar (next door, indian). The hotel itself wasn't that great. Very small room - we had to drag one suitcase over the bed to get it to the other side of the room; the bed was way too...

We had a pretty good stay here. There were a lot of restaurants to choose from and always people out on the streets early in the morning or late at night. The rooms were clean and well cared for by the staff. Breakfast buffet was set out first thing in the morning and we were often the only ones eating...

My husband and I stayed at the Residential for two nights in early November 2011. A taxi here from the airport cost 20 Euros – quick and straightforward.
The good: great, central location which makes for a good base for walking and using public transport. Good breakfast buffet with lots of variety. Everything was very clean, the hotel had an...

This hotel is in a great location!!! The staff is excellent and the value with breakfast is tough to beat. My wife left her earings in the suite, and the following day from Canada I called and not only did the staff find her earrings they posted them off to us immediately. Can't say enough about the impression they made....

Check in 1/29/2011, seven nights.
Our first stop of our rtw adventure. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, I enjoyed talking with them. The location is perfect for walking around the older part of town and along the river. Breakfast is above average, not exceptional. The rooms were a bit small, but comfortable. Wifi was available throughout the hotel,...

Very happy, location couldn't have been better. Easy for bus from airport, main and smaller stations, city and Lisbon's best chicken restaurant in easy reach. Clean, well organised, free wifi and good breakfast.
Room wasn't amazing but, cute, clean, nice TV, nice window, great bathroom comfy bed.
Over all between price, location and quality for me couln't go past. Mind...

This was the perfect location as a base for exploring the wonderful city of Lisbon. Aerobus, tram, bus and metro stops all within a short walk.
Very helpful reception staff, with advice and information on travel, sights and restaurants. Good breakfast buffet and comfortable rooms with modern bathroom.
Ask for a room at the back as the front rooms can...

Great location. Street with several restaurants and very close to the subway. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast, with some interesting choices of breads and ham and cheese. The room was small but the bed and the pillows were good (within the normal acceptable). The bathroom was very nice, large, ventilated, lighted and with a strong shower. The internet worked well.
