We stayed at the St Juliao as it was near both Cascais and Lisbon, the sat nav got us to the square where the hotel was supposed to be but it took a while to locate as the sign had fallen off the the top of the hotel and it was hidden behind some trees!
The receptionist was more than helpful and we were booked in in seconds, we had chosen a non smoking room and our friends had chosen smoking.
Our room was OK, it had a balcony which overlooked the bins, some very untidy waste land and the dog yard, there were two chairs which quite frankly you wouldn't let the dog sit on and the lock on the sliding doors was insecure.
The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean and the extra pillows we had asked for were there. The bathroom was OK and there were plenty of towels and the water was hot.
The decor in general was tired and grubby.
Our friends in the 'smoking room' were not so lucky, the rooms are obviously not ventilated or sprayed between guests and the whole...
