We stayed one night at this hotel, the night before taking a flight the next morning. The hotel is excellent. Close to the airport and fairly close to the downtown area. The room was superb. Stayed at this hotel from 9th to 13 July 2008 with my husband and two friends, and we all agree that this is a fantastic hotel. It is perfectly located for sightseeing, the hop on-hop off tour bus is virtually outside the front door, turn the corner and you are straight onto the main avenue, the metro is 5 minutes... more

Excelent Hotel and 5 Star service, staff very friendly and helpfull. Very good cleaness, good mainteness, everything looks new!! The restaurant has an excelent price/quality, the food is very good and the service as well. I realy enjoy my 3 nights stay at this hotel. I'LL BE BACK!!! more

Our Easyjet flight was cancelled at the last minute and we were transfered to this hotel after waiting for 7 hours at the Easyjet booking office. The room was nice, friendly and the bathroom was good. It was clean. Everybody was very friendly and helpful, we had to stay for 4 nights! The food was excellent, especially the deserts!!! I stayed twice in this hotel and i think that is pretty good for the value. The buffet isn't that bad as somebody pointed out, the deserts were amazing. The staff is good too... not complain. Could be a bit far, but Portugal is so cheap, anybody can afford to get a cab to the city center. more

This is a standard quick in and quick out type of tourist hotel. As such it works fine, but if you intend to stay in Lisbon for mor than 1-2 nights choose something else. It is quite far away from the city center also. 1) Most of the staff is badly trained, not very polite and are more customer problem... more

Stayed here a few nights. Food very poor, served buffet syle. Dinner presented alot of choices but none of it worthwhile- alot of tastless salads. Breakfast at least provided eggs and bacon, surprisingly. Some of our group had lunch here and the next day more then one were seriously ill- I suspect some of those salad dressings was rancid or... more

Just spent 4 nights at his hotel in July 2005, the hotel is very clean and presentable. Hotel receptionists were very friendly and helpful. Location is a bit awkward for use of public transport with any metro station atleast a 10-20 minute walk away which means elderly (like my parents) might struggle up and done the hilly streets.
