Portugal boggles the language and exceptional cuisine. But not yet had approved the Lusitanian hospitality! We booked for a double room at the Residencial Sao Pedro hotel hoping that the 3 stars rating would be sufficient for a one week stay in Lisbon. As far as I knew, three stars rating imply that standard facilities as heating, elevators, hot water are at hand and functional. Our first incident was with the guy from the reception.... more
