“Very rude and indifferent staff”

Stopped there after a day of visiting Sintra for a drink. Selection is good (some Mariage Frères teas) but expensive. Main drawback however was the absolutely indifferent waiter who ignored all kind of requests (menu, order, bill...) several times. This place seems to really be relying on its very central location only.
