“Best Holiday Ever”

We have just returned from our holiday in Madeira were we chose to stay at the Santa Maria in Funcial,to celebrate our Ruby Wedding,and my forthcoming 60th Birthdayand retirement in September.We can certainly say we chose this hotel and Madeira well,as it turned out to be the best holiday we have had in all our married life,and are already looking... “Short holiday”

An excellent hotel, which does not allow children under 16 to visit. But when this was not know, my grandchild, aged 4, visited. We were polity informed of the rule, but it was not enforced at once and we were only asked to observe it in the future. Staff helpful and attentive. Breakfasts good. Room more than adequate and comfortable.... More

“What a nice hotel.”

Rooms nice staff great. We would go back tomorrow. Not all rooms have a great sea view!! Ours did.
