I really enjoyed this hotel. The suite is very nice, it was impeccably clean and the bed is very comfortable and huge. The pools are awesome, overlooking the sea. The restaurant by the pool serves light meals but also a la carte and it's quite nice. Staff is extremelly nice too. more

We spent 3 wonderful days in Pestana Promenade. It was our first time in Madeira. The hotel is brand new, so everything is impeccable. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious (in our room there were 2 showers) and the view is gorgeous (in sea view rooms). What a wonderful hotel. Every aspect of this hotel exceeds expectations. We arrived at 11am and were met by a lovely receptionist who met my high criteria, discussed the rooms available to upgrade and was shown around the rooms available and eventually chose a suite with outdoor jacuzzi on the 7th floor. The hotel was quiet at this time. Nevertheless the staff were unfailingly courteous and the service was excellent. It was a pleasure to spend a week in this hotel. The Hotel is new so everything tip top condition Pool area great several pools and lots of sunbeds large bedrooms with goosd bathrooms the only negative is the restaurant and pool bar are very expensive more

Our first time to Madeira and we were not dissapointed this hotel was first class We would recommend this to anybody going to Madeira could not find fault with anythng we look forward to May when we are going back----- cant wait !!!!!!!!! more
