Nice place to stay in Braga. New hotel, beautiful design. Room with a awesome bathroom, specially bathtub. Staff very helpful and breakfast is good. Beautiful views from the surrounding hills. Car needed (or taxi) if traveling to city center.

Braga is not a very common business or pleasure trip destination, if you do go, however, Melia Braga is a good accommodation choice. It may not be very close to the old town, it is however conveniently located for business and/or passing travellers. It is modern, well serviced and good value.

What a lovely hotel, the rooms were beautiful, modern & clean, breakfast excellent & the staff helpful & pleasant. The spa was good with a nice pool & spa facilities although I think the price of a swim at 10 Euros could have been included in the room price.

Driving from Porto to the small city of Braga, one does not expect to see such a modern hotel- contemporary in design and looks and comfortable to use. Very nice modern rooms and hotel design. The bathtub in the room. The light in the room should be stronger in some areas, specially in the kitchnet. There should be a separate space for the WC in the rooms. The breakfast should have more diversity for the hotel class.

I didn't like the room, because there is no door to the bathroom, so there is no privacy at all. If you wake up in the middle of the naight and go to the bathroom, for sure you wake up your partner. Also I had to stay in a queue to get into the breakfast room.It never hapenned to me... More
