My wife and I were travelling with Cosmos on a coach tour having flown out from the UK.
On arrival at the hotel we had a very poor response from reception. Initally no information or documentation was offered re the hotel or its facilities and meal times almost had to be prised out of the guy. We never saw the chap again and the rest of the reception staff were quite helpful.
Our room was on the top floor over looking the seafront. A smallish room but this was a three star hotel. There was no information in our room regard the hotel facilities, meal times as one would expect. There was a kettle but only one plastic cup and two herbal teabags. We did request an additional cup which appeared the next day but promptly disappeared after that. We gave up on the cup as I only drink coffee.
The first night in the restaurant was a shambles. There was no one at the restaurant entrance to welcome you and explain the routine as one would expect. The room was full for French tourists... more
