The hotel is difficult to find and far from anywhere. We stayed just for one night but for a longer stay it seems difficult to find somewhere to dine or shop nearby. The worst thing is the hotel is really old and it urgently needs to be refurbished: carpets, furniture, lighting, telephone and bathroom are at least 30 years old. We stayed in december and the only heating was a small device but no air conditioner for summer either. Breakfast was very basic (horrible juice) and the 52,5 euros for Portugal prices are not even a bargain. Finally, please, if you are staying there make sure they dont have parties or events because not only there is no any noise protection in the rooms but you can jump in your bed with the noise from downstairs. more
