Bonaire - Buddy Dive If you are planning on going on a Scuba Diving Trip DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT go to Buddy Dive. We made the mistake of booking a week at Buddy Dive during KID's Camp. Besides the fact that a fair portion of the Dive sites are SHUTDOWN due to some bacteria/virus killing the brain coral it makes it harder to tie up to the remaining dive sites. Bottom line you will be repeating dives on the less desirable dive sites. We were also given all afternoon boat dives, this means you by the time you return to the dock it is after 4:00 PM at which time Blennies (the onsite restaurant) closes (4:00 PM-6:00 PM). They reopen at 6:00 PM at which time you can eat at the buffet for $27.50 per person with a reservation of course. The average worker at Buddy Dive is GREAT!!! The upper management, in my opinion, should be RUN OFF!!! What a bunch of BONE HEADS!!! Up until a few years ago Buddy Dive use to be a Great Place to Vacation, I don't know what happened but in my opinion it sure has gone downhill and is NOT a GOOD VALUE! I won't be back any time soon. Danny Claus They had a REEF RENEWAL FOUNDATION PRESENTATION scheduled for 7:00 PM, it had NOT started by 7:35 PM when I got up and left!

Walking distance to Omonia Metro stop. Two stops from Acropolis. Staff at hotel were fantastic. We had room 501 with a double and single bed and also a balcony. Friends were in room 502 (larger bathroom than ours) and 508 (two single beds and no balcony) So really a bit hit and miss with this. If you have specific requirements, it might be best to confirm before booking. On 5th floor you don't hear traffic noise unless horns are blowing or sirens. On Sat morning you will be woken (if not already awake) at 8:30am and Sunday morning at 9am by the church bells across the road. The hotel allows access to the roof top of the hotel next door for a great city view. Just use next doors lift to level 7 and climb the steps to level 8. Room was basic, but clean and good value for expensive Athens. Again staff were great, very helpful. Would recommend this hotel.

Good central location for a very reasonable hotel. Rooms were a tiny bit tired but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, loads of choice. Staff very friendly, especially the young man on reception. We would definitely stay here again.

Arrived Sunday 6 October. A concert started behind the hotel at about 5pm. We went out out for the evening and returned at 10:30. Everything still in full swing. Reception said there were no other rooms but would contact the police about the noise. Nothing changed. So a poor nights stay

Our stay was wonderful, location is the best close the metro and by Walking to Monastiraki place; breakfast delicious always a lot of fresh fruit, natural Orange juice and typical greek plates. Only to note, the elevator so small and you have to wait.

Rooms more than adequate without being luxurious. Good breakfast. I was slightly concerned that it was a bit far from the tourist centre but it is a pleasant walk down an interesting street and the area to the East is fast developing with good bars and restaurants. The hotel staff are outstanding.

Location great for sight seeing easy to get to metro. Room was nice size, bathroom was always clean. Having tea and coffee making in the room was a good touch. Having a safe in the room gave peace of mind. Last but not least I have to mention the staff they were all helpful and cheerful nothing to much trouble.
