It was my brothers' marriage. We had booked and paid for an executive and a normal room. When we arrived they told us that our (already paid) rooms are occupied and , yeah, sorry they didn't inform us and they sent us to a cheaper hotel in which the only available rooms were with 2 single beds!!!
