This hotel was not as impressive as the hotels we've been in greece. The room given to US had a common door with the adjacent room and conversations were audible through it. Not happy with this one. more

Its a nice small hotel 5 minutes from Acropolis Metro station. We selected this hotel for proximity to various tourist sites and to a metro station. This hotel is close to everything, the Plaka and the Acropolis. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was the best we had on our whole two weeks traveling. We stayed at the Hotel Philippos based and reviews and also our budget! (Euro's are twice as much to the Australian dollar). We paid EUR 110 per night. incl. breakfast for 2. First room we were allocated was really small - like a shoe box and the bathroom had one of those really annoying curtins which went across the shower... more
