I stayed at this hotel for two nights in June. Definately not five stars in any standards, more like something around three stars. But for a *** hotel it is quite OK. The location is quite good. The lobby is spacious and the staff was friendly. The room was not very big and overall it needs at least some cosmetic... more

Stayed at the Divani Palace for 2 nights before our Greek Island cruise and 1 night after. Check in the 1st time was quick and efficient. The room was small and dark, but had amagnificent view of the Parthenon from our balcony. Breakfast buffet was OK, definitely not great! After our cruise, we were dropped off at the hotel at... more

Definitely not a 5 star! ideal location, within walking distance to the Acropolis and Plaka. Hotel staff are rude and unhelpful, breakfast is awful, the bar closes early. Rooms are very small and not very clean. This hotel should not be classed as a five star. more

I stayed here in May with a group of friends. I found the hotel to be very convenient. We walked everywhere. We liked having the balcony with the view of the Acropolis, especially at night. The staff were extremely helpful & courteous. We enjoyed sitting at a table in the pool area for predinner cocktails. We didn't eat dinner at... more

We stayed here after an Aegean cruise with Globus and were very happy with the hotel. It's a great location, easy walk to the Plaka and even further, and we had a view of the Acropolis from our balcony. After a week on a cruise ship the bedroom and bathroom seemed huge and it was very clean. more

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights at end of Gate 1 package. After having a great week on Mykonos and Santorini with great accomodations and service. The Divani lacked in some of that. When we arrived the porter immediately took our bags off bus to front desk. The lobby was decorated very nicely but once we got... more

We stayed here in 1985 and again last month, this time with a Collette tour. We stayed in the newer section of the hotel on this trip, and really liked our room and balcony from which we could see the Parthenon. Very nice room and bath -- we were very pleased. On a Sunday I made a purchase in the... more

We were very happy with this hotel. Originally I'd wanted to stay at the Grande Bretagne, but kept going back and forth on whether it was worth the price, and then it got booked up so was no longer an option anyway. But I actually ended up being glad we stayed at the DPA instead. The location was better than... more

This hotel was somewhat expensive, but was by far the nicest of all the hotels we stayed at during our honeymoon. It was close to the Plaka, and very close to the Acropolis. The breakfast was absolutely deluxe, with many freshly prepared items and a very large selection of things to eat. Like I stated, it was expensive, but if... more

We stayed here as part of a package. It is a nice hotel but larger than we might have chosen if we were not with a group. The rooms are not huge but the beds were very comfortable. There is a view of the acropolis from the balcony and it is within five minutes walk. The prices in the minibar were exorbitant... more
