Mike Hotel was good value for money and first appearances, namely the restaurant were very promising. We were however disappointed with the rooms which look about 1980 style, albeit we got a sea view, which was great and high floor which we requested. I must confess - we cannot say enough good things about this property. The location is serene, the owners are excellent hosts (esp. Lovely holiday in Chalia. Very quiet and family owned place everywhere. On thing was the beach is stony n painful to walk on because they were hot sharp stones. although you can drive to another beach about 10 mins away. All in all was ok. more

The hotel was beatiful. Private balcony overlooking the ocean. Very spacious living room, efficient kitchenette, large bedroom. Very new & modern. Gorgeous pool. The manager went out of his way to welcome us & helped with our ferry booking. more

I would advise anyone who has booked Mikes Apartments/studios to be aware. If you are given a room on the ground floor chances are you will have very little privacy.
