The Pilot is a resort by the beach. The great thing about it is that the rooms are groups of 6-8 on either ground or first floor. So you have a sence that you have your own bungalow. Staff was very friendly. We got an upgrade and a cake on the evening itself, in the resaurant, because of my girlfriends birthday. Food was good but not great. Minimal diversity. Location is very isolated. Overall we had a very good and quite relaxing time. more

Excellent and happy 4th visit. Great communications with head of reservations as usual so we had same room area as on previous visits. Very true about road noise but by asking for room away from road and the very good twin sets of sliding patio doors, you can't hear a thing! Food was all hot and lovely. Agree, Pilot wine... more
