It was too expensive in off season period. With the same price you could find seaside view with breakfast. The door was difficult to close, so it was better to lock it because sometimes opened with none to open it. In the 2nd floor shower didn't have enough pressure.

Good value for price. Small but nice and clean room with view to the sea. Friendly staff and very good service. In front of the Chania beach, everything in a distance of 10m. Breakfast with traditional products and fresh orange juice with oranges from the tree outside the hotel!
