Fantastic position, opposite the main beach. Although I am a beach person the swimming pool at the hotel was great, clean and big enough to actually swim in. We have stayed at Corali/Portobello 3 times and are going back there in August 2009. The family rooms are great but what we love most about Corali/Portobello is the location, right opposite the beach, ideal as our daughter was potty training at the time! Stayed in the Portobello Apartment 's which are attached to the Corali Studios. I travelled with friend's as I was attending a wedding over there. Very nice pool and lovely bar area, free floaties, just need your own beach towels. Myra, Maria and staffers very helpful and always available. Myra is from UK, lived in Greece for many years, and is super friendly and welcoming. You will really be glad you booked at a hotel w/ a pool, bec the beach is not very posh.... more

We visited this hotel in June 2004 and we fell in love with Elounda back then and always wanted to go back. The problem is we want to see so many places in the world that we didn't know when we would come back. But after a busy year we decided the perfect place for us to relax and unwind... more

I loved staying in the corali studios as all the staff are very friendly, in fact, everyone in Elounda was very nice and polite. The apartments were kept clean, the pool was spotless, the garden was beautifully kept. 5 stars definetely! I loved every bit about them and they made my holiday even more enjoyable! more
