Some aspects of the hotel scream luxury then you find no wifi in the room, no luggage service to your room, and open public parking in a bus depot without security. The buffet breakfast is awesome and plentiful. Our room was clean. The wifi in the lobby worked great. More

We arrived in Heraklion and had checked into a different hotel with points which we hated so we moved and paid the for Megaron...it was totally worth it. It is the nicest hotel in the port area and the beds were heavenly and the breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend if you need to stay in Heraklion to catch a ferry. More

We were forced to stay in Heraklion because we missed the last bus to Chania due to a boat ride from hell from Santorini. If the boat was hell, this place was heaven. We stayed in this hotel as we were in transit between flight from overseas and ferry to Santorini. The hotel was located opposite the ferry terminals, so convenient for our purposes. It faces onto the main road along the dock and is above the bus terminal, so can be a little noisy, but the double glazing on the rooms works... More

We spent three nights in this lovely mid sized hotel which has a boutique atmosphere.The hotel is in a quiet location but very close to the museums and town centre.
