The only thing this private owned hotel has is the swimming pool - father of the family is very proud of it, but the problem is that swimming pool is just 2 meters away from the main street (try to feel comfort with local bus lines passes every few minutes over your head??). Breakfast is ok because you can't miss... more
Thanks God that we do also have some guests like those, so that we can learn also the opinion of such kind of guests. Probably, this guest was expecting with so chea rates to become a service and facilites of a 5* hotel. Our Hotel is a small family run 3* hotel with 1000nts relevant guests and like it happens...

I would like to thank first of all these guests for being in our hotel. But i believe they are writing so many lies so that they probably wish to punish us !!! First of all Erato is very well known hotel in the area of Crete and exists more than 26 years and more than 65% of repeater clients....

Wir bedanken diese Gaeste die ins Erato Ihre Urlaub verbracht hatten. Das Hotel ist neu renoviert, sehr billige Zimmerpreise mit HP und sehr gutes Essen wo es auch serviert wird (griechische - Kretische Kueche). Also, kein Stress im Urlaub aber alles wird serviert und besonders Hausgemachtes Essen. Was erwartet man mit so gute Preise ? Wir sind kein 5* Haus...
