The couple and daughter saw to all our needs, answered any questions including travel plans,made sure we had parking for our rental and all in all were very pleasant. What a view from our room!!! This hotel is located on the waterfront of Heraklion and it offers rooms with sea view. Definitely ask for one! It is worth the money!
