We loved it to stay there and surely try to get there another time. In the middle of the ancient town, but calm, just a few footsteps to the Old Venetian port and nice restaurants. Not to forget our Hosts Iro and Panos, both nice and friendly and taking care for us everytime.

Barbar Studios is situated smack in the middle of the old town in Rethimno. Easy access to everything - you just walk there. Friendly staff - Panos and Iro live there. It's line you're living in their guestroom. Barbara Studios come highly recommended to all who want to stay in the middle of Rethimno.

The owners here are the most hospitable I have ever encountered. They help you with your cases (from the car), and treat you as one of the family, with desserts, Easter eggs, orange juice, coffee, raki, etc. in the room. Very friendly hospitality, with free orange juice and home made cakes and raki. Very nice place close to the beach and in the old city of Rethymnon. Good advices in the choice of the restaurant. We stayed only one night, but if we had had more time, it would have been the good choice to stay a week.

The place is pretty, the location quite convenient very close to the beautiful and lively pedestrian zone still quiet on the saturday night we stayed there. Clean, confortable and roomy. Ico gave us very good advices for dinner. I can warmly recommend.

It's ur home in Rethymnon! The owner is so friendly, with his warm family members and the little dog "Lily" :) This is for sure the best hotel I've ever lived in.
