To be fair, reading previous reviews, it depends on what rooms you book, we booked the sea view rooms which I believe are slightly larger especially the bathrooms, albeit there was only my wife and I so the spare single bed was used as a settee. This hotel is maintained very well, both outside in the pretty grounds, and inside. The rooms are quite basic and the bath is very small, only suitable for a child, which makes bathing and showering quite difficult. This is a simply delightful hotel. Very clean, nice food and fantastic staff. Very close to shops, bars, restaurants and only cost 7 euro to get a taxi into Rethymnon centre. Only thing is there are more german tourists than any other nationality but thats not so bad. more
