Arrived 3 days ago. When I learned that bedroom required stair climbing (wife has leg problems), phones not working and no Internet on premises, sought to cancel stay. Manager agreed provided we pay 30 percent of our entire 5 nights stay as a penalty. Then offered inferior, lower priced room without stairs for same price we are currently paying. As... more

We have stayed in a maisonette for four and left one day before our intended departure date. The air-conditioning switched-off automatically on both nights.
