The location is beautiful if you can find it. There are no workable directions and it is a lot further from Iraklio and Reythmno than you think. The roads are harrowing and you can't really drive much faster than 40 or 50 KPH so it takes more like 1.5 hours from either town. The view from the room was amazing.... more

I found Enagron to be difficult to find and had to turn around on small steep road a few times. I stayed one night , and enjoyed it . The place is in lovely country site. The room was basic, but lovely and the bathroom was one of the best on my Crete trip. I f you go in July... more
This place was great on so many levels. The entire staff lives and works there and seems very happy. You feel very welcome from the minute you arrive. The setting is amazing, quiet and peaceful. I stayed at Enagron for 2 night and it was wonderful. It is located just outside of a scenic village in north central crete. We had a small apartment with a king sized bed in a loft and a single on the main floor. There was a private balcony with views out over the hills, and the view was timeless-not... more
The hotel was the choice of a touroperator that organises orchid exploring walking holidays ( Dutch, SNP ). It was in the beginning of the season, not many guests except our party of 14.
