Aeri can be best described as self-catering apartments rather than hotel. It is brand new (opened in July 2008) and its rooms are its strong point: very spacious, with amazing design furniture. All rooms offer amazing views towards the sea and Chora and are equipped with a small kitchen with a fridge and the basic utilities.The family which runs the hotel keep the rooms perfectly clean and tidy (towels and bedlinen are changed every 2nd day).
The hotel is situated in a hill, which offers great views but seems to be the most windy place in the island! Due to the strong winds we could not enjoy the terrace or the (very small) pool.This should not be a problem for visitors during no-windy summer months, as generally are June, July and September.

The owners are very friendly and accomodating. They are happy to prepare a coffee or a toast and serve it by the pool. However, we preferred not to stay at the hotel (there were also no other visitors by the pool during our whole... more
