We spent 5 nights at the end of July at the Apollo Guest House We had two rooms since we had our kids (3 daughters) with us. Maggie and Ikuo were really very nice! They manage this small B&B but provide - complimentary - services that not even a 4 star hotel would provide: Internet use is free They organize... more

charming B&B in heart of Old Town, with a beautiful garden for taking breakfast and relaxing, high-ceilinged rooms (highly recommend the Apollo room) and great bathrooms with one of the best showers we had in all of Greece. no a/c, but windows and fans were more than enough even during the hot days of late September / early October. Maggie... more

5 of my friends and I stayed at the Apollo in June 2009. The rooms were small but charming, the owners were wonderful and the courtyard was gorgeous. Breakfast is served in the courtyard and I cannot imagine a more wonderful way to start your morning -- tea and bougainvillea before exploring the cobbled streets of Rhodes! They also provided... more

Turning away from the tourist crammed squares at the heart of Rhodes’ old town, head uphill through narrow, paved streets arced by flying buttresses, past Byzantine ruins and a neighbourhood baker and turn down the cobbled street to the wonderful Apollo Guesthouse. At just six rooms the hotel has a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. The owners, Maggie and Ikuo, could... more

It's difficult to differentiate between the Old Town of Rhodos and Apollo Guest House. They seem to be intertwined. If you are looking for five star luxury this is not the place for you, but if you are looking for a wonderful integration with the locals of Rhodos and want to experience something unique and memorable then look no further.... more

Our stay in this small, couple run guesthouse was for three nights. We stayed in the Zeus room, which featured a loft bed. The room was quite small but very cozy. The view from the window of the harbour and old city was fantastic. The whole hotel was very clean. The owners obviously take great pride in their establishment and... more

This small guesthouse is all you need for a long weekend on Rhodes. It is in the old town, just outside the touristic area, which means it is quiet at night. It has a lovely garden, where you will have breakfast every morning, and you can enjoy the shadow in the afternoon or have a cold beer in the evening.... more

The Apollo Guesthouse was fantastic. The owners, Maggie & Ikuo, were very friendly and extremely helpful. We had a really relaxing time and we would recommend it to anyone who wishes to stay and get a feel for the Old City in Rhodes. We will be going back to the Apollo again. Thank you Maggie & Ikuo for your hospitality.... more

Apollo was as charming as I had in mind after reading the older reviews. A cozy medieval place with simply and traditionally decorated rooms offering nice view to the old town (especially from the windows of the upper floor). A colourful, relaxing, shady courtyard garden. Maggie, Ikuo and old Ben did their best to make us feel like home. more
