Not much to say besides one of the most pleasurable and memorable experiences we've ever had. Extremely well priced, this hotel offers a perfect experience for the nicest Greek island I've been to. Clean and comfortable with traditional greek service and style. Our room had a beautiful view. more

We went to Symi for 2 days without a hotel reservation, and managed to find a spot in Hotel Fiona. It's a long climb up to Chorio, about 350 steps I think, but what you find at the end is beautiful. The owner of the hotel who checked us in was friendly, and even though he didn't really speak much... more

We have visited Symi at least 10 times now but usually stay in the Harbour area so our first stay in the Chorio was an experiment, even though we know the Village quite well. We stayed at the Fiona for a fortnight before moving down the KaliStrata to an apartment in Yialos for another two weeks. Yes, we loved the... more

We stayed three times. The views are indeed spectacular but the rooms are "basic" at best. Breakfast is the surliest and cheapest we've experienced in some 30 years of travel in Greece. The owners are the only managers of Greek hotels who "insist" on not giving you a receipt. Nor are we sure that they give one to the tax... more

Lovely family run hotel. Views are great - enjoy whilst eating your breakfast! The accomodation is very clean albeit maybe on the basic side but you are only there to sleep! Would definately recomend. more

A lovely hotel situated in the village part of the island with breathtaking views of the Aegean sea. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Loved the personal touch of the lovely elderly couple who run the operation. They really made us feel at home. Will definitely go back again!!!!! more

Better late than never as far as this review goes....Stayed at the Fiona in June 2007 & thought it was a typical Greek family hotel. We arrived from Tilos & decided on the Fiona for the views alone - & they are certainly worth it!! I think we paid about 40 Euros for a double room for 3 nights. We... more

I just loved my stay at Hotel Fiona. Fiona and Michael the owners treated us like family. We got to experience Symi hospitality first hand. The views of the harbour are magnificent. The rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. They are airy and are in the traditional decor of Symi. There's a shortcut we found to the harbour to avoid... more

We arrived home on August 10th, after an eight day stay at The Hotel Fiona in Symi. We waited a month to write this review, hoping it would temper our anger and disappointment. The positives.... yes, the view was lovely. And, the air conditioner worked. That's about as positive as it gets. Our double bed had only one old, small... more
