We "escaped" to this delightful hotel after a horrible expereince at a "resort" hotel on the south side of the Island. The location is exceptional, the rooms are beautiful, plush, and very clean. We were most dissapointed with this hotel, it was supposed to be four star, which it definitely isn't...hallways were smelly (sewage problem??)...whole hotel is in dire need of a makeover and update.
