Situated close to the centre about 10/15 minutes walk fine during the daytime but at night suggest a taxi as area appeared a little 'dodgy' after dark. We use this hotel for weekend breaks and find the staff extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are basic and the beds have a horrible rubber type under sheet and the bathroom is small... more

I go there with my family for weekends. Very nice hotel with big rooms and friendly staff. The restaurant is good and there is a piano at the evening. I like this hotel and I go there everytime I visit thessaloniki. more

We stayed for a couple of nights at the hotel, because of a very competitive rate, and did not have very high expectations. The reception area is nice and upscale, and service is very efficient. Stayed there two times. Book there a room two weeks ago and you will find the best prices for a five star hotel. The service is helpful and friendly as in all holiday inns. Breakfast is ok. So it is a good value for money. more

2 out of 3 nights we had power outages that lasted several hours after dark. This affected mainly the hotel, since the areas around the hotel were unaffected. The hotel generator is obviously way to small, the lobby had only candle lights. Simply pathetic. The hotel staff never offered an apology, leave alone any small gesture for the dark evenings.... more
