Definitely not a 5* hotel. The sink was leaking and wasn't fixed, the furniture wasn't in good shape, tv had poor picture. Shabby 3* hotel trying to look like its something else. it was the first time staying at this hotel and i was surprised by it's hospitality. i'm travelling a lot and have experienced bad stays. I would suggest that for a conference( i have been there for a conf), meeting or even a relaxed weekend( food is delicious). More

The location is not quite the centre of Thessaloniki although there is a shuttle bus and taxis readily available. The hotel looks and is new, but the rooms are small in comparison to others, with basic amenities more like those in three or four star hotels.
