It's the third time that I stay at Avalon hotel. This time I got a room on the ground floor near the reception and I couldn't sleep all night. It was too noisy. I stayed at the Avalon hotel in Thessaloniki many times and I love it. I tried different rooms from double to superior double. Lovely hotel, nice room. There doesn't seem to be housekeeping throughout the day though. I left the room at 13:30 and when I got back that night noone had been to clean it, provide fresh towels etc I would recommend this hotel. It's very far from the town centre so you'll need to have a car by the way. more
