Our First visit to lesvos and we stayed in the 'Geraium House' in Molyvos. Full of Old World Charm, not your new white marbled studios which are so common. There are two balconies with the most breath taking views over the village and out to sea. Two bedrooms a dinning room bathroom with bath and small kitchenett. Lots of flowers on the lower patio. and olive tree.
Felicia the lady who owns the house is the most wonderfull lady.
On many occations she brought up Greek coffee and cakes / sweets. She can't speak english but my wife has learnt Greek and they sat and chatted on a few occations. You get the sun from about 11.30 am untill sunset., it can get quite hot in the afternoons but there is a curtain which pulls across the top balcony and gives you shade. You will have to be fit to walk up to the house from the town below, it is very steep cobbled streets
The town itself was alittle dissapoining. There were NO buses at all untill the last few days of our holiday and...
