Villa Esperus is a small B&B near Kokkari. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. I quite liked having breakfast on the patio overlooking the sea. It's advisable to have a car if one doesn't like to walk a lot. Takes about 1/2 hour by foot to get into Kokkari. If we go back to Samos one day we'll definitely... more

Villa Esperus, Tsamadou Beach, Kokkari, Samos, Greece This small 9 room hotel has quite a lot to offer for it's size. It is very clean and neat and the German speaking Greek owner is very friendly and willing to help with questions and information. Breakfast here is for Greek standards good. Esperus B & B above Tsamadou Bay (one of Kokkari's best - partly nudist) is my recommendation when you are looking for an unexpensive, but relaxing stay. The fluently German speaking female Greek owner welcomes mostly German and Austrian frequent guests. Rooms are basic, very clean and their balconies offer breathtaking views across to sea to Turkey.
