shame it's a nice hotel ,but the backroom staff let it down,the rooms were clean but I arrived on tues and our bed sheet's were not changed again until friday and my empty case had been opened and left on the chair ?? after i complained to the desk staff they notified the manager and he did phone me on my return to the hotel that evening and apologised assuring me the linon was changed everyday and he would discuse it with me in the morning when he was on the desk , next morning he kept me waiting apx 8 mins while he sold some aftershave to two gentlemen ( no the hotel did not sell toiletries ) then assured me everything would be sorted out and he would have words with the staff,sorry to say but our bed was not changed again till sunday nice bathroom and clean but after the first day no complementery toiletries were left ,very small wardrobe and at 490 euros for the week ,i thought the value was very poor .
