The room was a lot nicer than the pictures on their web site, and the courtyard as well. It could not ble any cleaner, and the facilities provided us with everything we needed. We stayed for two nights in October 2007 at the lovely Alkionides Pension. If we ever return to beautiful Hydra, the Alkionides will be our first choice. Expect a simple but spotlessly clean room. My wife, baby, and I stayed at this pension for 3 nights before the Easter holiday. We really liked it and it was well located in regard to the port and restaurants.
