This hotel is by no means a 5*, nor does it try to be. It is, however, a perfect place to stay if you're looking for proximity to clear blue waters and lovely surroundings. You have to get a boat from the main town but it only takes a few minutes and the special miramare boat goes back and forth all day. We stayed here for one night in June and were one of only 2 couples staying overnight. The rooms are fairly small but the bed was comfy, the shower had hot water and there was also a fridge. You can sunbathe in your private garden and a few seconds later be in the sea, it really is that convenient. The bathrooms are very basic but they work and that's all we really wanted! The staff were very friendly and anytime we wanted to go into the main town the boat was there within minutes. We ate lunch at the hotel and went into the town for dinner (lovely restaurant called Omilos, follow the shoreline up the hill on the other side and it's tucked away, highly recommended!!).
